If you've located the koi that you just can't live without on our site let us know. Send us the fish item number by fax, phone or e-mail so that we can rush it to you.
If the koi of your dreams is not currently on our site, contact us to let us know what you're specifically looking for. We will find it for you either through one of our contacts or from one of our many breeders in Japan.
Shipping terms on koi:
MamaSon guarantees live arrival to the airport nearest you.
(Customer must pick up shipment within two hours of scheduled arrival to your airport.)
The minimum order is $250.00 per each order.
There will be a $25.00 handling fee on all orders
Fish may be shipped by Air cargo or FedEx.
Air cargo fees range from $75.00 and up per box. (Shipping costs are dependent on the actual weight of the boxes.)
FedEx fees range from $95.00 and up per box. (Also dependent on actual weight of box.)
All orders must be prepaid. Either by credit card, money order or check. If order is paid by check, check must have cleared with sufficient funds before orders are shipped.
